We are just 2 weeks away from the NFL Draft, and as each day passes, the top of the draft order seems to get clearer and clearer. According to oddsmakers, Trevor Lawrence to the Jags, as well as Zach Wilson to the Jets are essentially certainties to happen. At the 3rd pick, it seems increasingly more likely that it will be Mac Jones that is selected by the 49ers.
Three quarterbacks will likely be taken in the first 3 picks and possibly 6 QB's in the first round. Clay Travis loves the NFL Draft, and this could be a historical draft for the quarterback position. One name not mentioned so far is Justin Fields. Where will Justin land?
Based on the odds markets and the needs of the teams early in the draft, Clay believes the most likely landing spot for Justin Fields will be the Denver Broncos. The Broncos unfortunately have a rich history of failing to find a franchise quarterback. Ever since John Elway, with the exception being signing Peyton Manning for a few years, they have struggled mightily to find their next franchise quarterback.
If Justin Fields is there, it seems like the obvious choice for Denver.
