The New England Patriots have won 7 games straight and sit in their accustomed position atop the entire AFC once again, after literally running all over the Buffalo Bills. Belichick once again proved his genius and ability to adjust as his offense only threw 3 passes the entire game. Dan laments the conundrum most NFL fans find themselves in, either continuing to fruitlessly root against the perennially dominant Belichick led Patriots or swallowing their frustration in the hopes of seeing them face Tom Brady and the Buccaneers in what would certainly be a legendary Super Bowl.
Dan Patrick: “I think we’re secretly rooting for Buffalo, maybe not so secretly, because we’re tired of seeing (Bill) Belichick and the Patriots. He’s doing a great job, a masterful job, right? There’s part of us that doesn’t want him to see him succeed, but then there’s part of us that says, ‘Boy it’d be great if the Patriots played the Buccaneers,’ right?”
