Why Urban Meyer Can No Longer Be a College or Pro Football Coach

In the video above, Chris Broussard & Rob Parker discuss the aftermath of the Jacksonville Jaguars firing Urban Meyer and whether Meyer could pursue another coaching gig. Rob Parker thinks that Meyer has met the end of his coaching career:

Rob Parker: "I think Urban Meyer is unhirable, college or pro. He should be done as a football coach, and here's why. There's a couple of things he did where if I'm a college president, I'm gonna have a hard time introducing this guy. A, he kicked somebody. He kicked a player. That's unacceptable, and I don't care what the circumstance is. We said this yesterday; you know the difference between a love tap and playing around. That player went on the record with the Tampa Bay Times...When guys go on the record, it's serious. Number 2, the lapdance was unbecoming and showed how irresponsible he could be and disrespectful to his wife. I just thought that painted him in a bad light. And then it's a way younger girl. I'm just saying I wouldn't hire him. He can go back and do TV. I think he's unhirable, and he really messed up his name from the standpoint of, he showed everybody he's not a leader. He might be a good football coach, and he might've won, but the stuff that he did that we just saw, that's not a great leader to me. I would have a problem with him leading young men when he's done the stuff he's done the last 3-4 months."
