Brian Flores' Lawsuit Hurts the End Goal

On Wednesday's 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Jonas Knox, Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington react to Brian Flores' lawsuit against the NFL, claiming racism and discrimination in the head coaching hiring process. The problem is even if there's validity to his claims, the proof he's presenting publicly so far is not proving his personal case. Now he's taken away future opportunities from himself, which is ultimately hurting the end goal, of having more minority head coaches in the NFL.

LaVar Arrington: "Bottom line is, he was not a bad coach for Miami, meaning you can walk away from that job and people will sit there and say it's more Miami than it was Flores. But now you don't have that... Now if you touch him, that's considered a toxic or compromising situation cause you can end up being in a lawsuit...
I'm sure he feels as though there's a ton of validity to why he feels the way he feels and did it the way that he's doing it. The racist part, the prejudiced part, you can find that in anything you do if you want to. So in the end, what are we really discussing right now? We know what we know. We see what we see. Everybody is going to have a differing opinion on how it played out or how you interpret it. I would like to know from his point of view why he felt this was the way to do it, because now you don't have opportunities in the National Football League anymore and you may not even have it in the college ranks either."
