Former Dolphins head coach, Brian Flores is implying that the Miami Dolphins attempted to get him to sign a non-disclosure agreement after he was fired in an effort to keep him from speaking out. The truth is far simpler; this kind of paperwork is standard for MOST businesses. It was not an effort to silence him specifically, only a business following normal operating procedures after terminating an employee, and any attempt to imply nefarious intentions seems far-fetched.
Doug Gottlieb: “At best, it’s disingenuous of Brian Flores, and especially his attorney, to act like this is some specific to the Miami Dolphins, or specific to football coaches; ‘Oh my God, they’re trying to silence us by making us sign NDA,’ sort of thing.”
