On Monday's 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Jonas Knox, Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington react to reports and rumors that the Panthers have the 'inside track' on a trade for Baker Mayfield, but the guys debate what's really in the best for both Baker and any possible suitors.
Brady Quinn: "It's hard to get a sense if this is just his agent trying to drum up some interest and get him out of there and maybe he feels like getting released wouldn't be the best thing for him. But I mean, it kind of would be, let's be honest. Him having the opportunity to sit back, survey what's out there, and sign a more economical deal that just gets his foot in the door, that's the biggest thing... If you allow Cleveland to determine where he ends up going, or play a role in that, they're just gonna take the best offer they can get."
