Plaxico Burress: "When I first heard about this, I said 'well damn, Bill Belichick wants to make himself the Jerry Jones of head coaching.' He wants to be the General Manager, the Owner, he wants to be that kind of coach. Tom Brady is no longer there, it's turning in to a dictatorship up there in New England. This is the reason why it won't work - there's no way, during the week, that Bill Belichick can be in both the offensive and defensive meetings at the same time. It's plain and simple, you have to have an offensive coordinator and a defensive coordinator if you want to run an offense or defense. You can be the head coach, but you can't do both at the same time."

The guys break down how Bill Belichick is further establishing himself as a "dictator" of the franchise by giving himself full control over both sides of the ball, despite having capable assistants in-house to serve as play-callers.
