They discuss the heartbreaking loss to Florida over the weekend and how tough the SEC is to compete against. He describes the issues with their flight home and the struggles his squad endured. And he thinks expanding the College Football Playoff to 12 teams is great, even if he believes 16 teams would have been better.
Kyle Whittingham: “I’m glad they didn’t go only to 8, but I wish they would have gone to 16. You know, I think 16’s the right number, but 12 is certainly a big step in the right direction.”
