News broke this morning that the NFL is scrapping the helmets and pads and turning the Pro Bowl into flag football and skills competitions and Dan Patrick isn’t mad about it. He doesn’t think anybody else will mind either considering the ballroom dancing version of football they’ve been playing in recent years.
Dan Patrick: “No more Pro Bowl game. They decided that they’re going to have a skills competition in Las Vegas. I don’t think the NFL gets any blowback from this, that there’s not going to be a game, after last year where it broke out into ballroom dancing and you’re going, ‘Do they even want to be here?!?’”
