Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers is at it again, talking about the deficiencies of his teammates in public as his squad continues to struggle. Doug thinks Rodgers is actually trying to provide some leadership to his teammates but is simply incapable of sounding anything but condescending. While his message is on target, he just can’t seem to sound like the leader he needs to be. He'll need to figure something out soon if he wants to salvage this season.
Doug Gottlieb: “I think this is his attempt to appear to be a leader...all of what he’s saying is fine (but) it doesn’t land like leadership. It just doesn’t.”
