Derek Carr Will Be Gone Before Josh McDaniels

Tuesday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Jonas Knox, Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington believe Raiders Owners Mark Davis committing to Head Coach Mike McDaniels "for years to come," is writing on the wall that Las Vegas will elect to draft Derek Carr's replacement in next year's NFL Draft.

Jonas Knox: "I don't think there's any heat on McDaniels. I think if there's any heat, it would be on Derek Carr. I just wonder at what point does the noise start to get louder as to whether or not Derek Carr is the right quarterback for Josh McDaniels and for the new regime there."
Brady Quinn: "You'd have to think that it's Carr before McDaniels. There's no way Mark Davis, who inherited the team, it's not like he's got some extremely successful business outside of it, is going to be willing to pay Jon Gruden and Josh McDaniels to go find another head coach. I just I can't imagine that's going to be the case.
If Derek Carr doesn't start playing better, the Raiders are going to be in a position to draft one of these talented quarterbacks coming out from the college football level."

The guys go on to preview the top QB prospects in next year's NFL Draft.
