After the Minnesota Vikings engineered the largest comeback victory in the history of the NFL on Saturday, Doug thinks Kirk Cousins isn’t getting the credit he deserves for the Vikings overall success. The QB has been panned for his ‘aw shucks’ attitude and lambasted for inconsistent play in the past, but it’s that low-key demeanor and relentlessly positive attitude that might be the biggest reason they were able to win that game after being down 33 points at halftime.
Doug Gottlieb: “Let me give Kirk Cousins this: what I think he’s rightfully accused of is being cheeseball, Mr. Positivity all the time, and I actually think that’s probably one of the reasons that they were able to have this comeback.”
