The New York Giants have an opportunity to clinch a playoff spot this weekend if they're able to beat the lowly Colts. Jonas Knox of 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe believes despite what the odds tell you, Brian Daboll should be a lock for Coach of the Year for turning around a storied organization which hasn't won a playoff game since beating the Patriots in Super Bowl XLVI.
Jonas Knox: "This isn't just, he took over an organization that struggled last year and they've made a very quick turnaround. We're talking a decade of awful play. No playoff wins since your last Super Bowl win versus the Patriots when Wes Welker was still on that team. That's the discussion we're having here. And Brian Daboll took that team over with a quarterback they didn't even want and they are on the doorstep of going to the playoffs. Slam Dunk, Coach of the Year should be Brian Daboll."
