Brady Quinn: "The problem is the XFL and the USFL both are trying to be something that they'll never be. They can never create the history, tradition, the rivalries, any of it. They can't create what already exists.
They should have originally looked at the model for NFL Europe and understood what that was, which was a development league. They weren't trying to get TV ratings.
