Although he was cleared by doctors to play on Sunday, Cleveland Browns QB Deshaun Watson pulled himself from the lineup and did not play in their loss to their divisional rival, the Baltimore Ravens. Doug thinks it isn’t just that he didn’t play, but the way he went about it that isn’t endearing him to his current fan base. Add that to the suspension he endured for his off-field issues and it becomes very difficult for anyone to root for this guy.
Doug Gottlieb: “You want to talk about a dude (Deshaun Watson) not endearing himself to fans...if you don’t at least give the appearance of trying to do everything you can (in) your power in order to perform, how can you root for that dude?”
