Rob Parker: “I’m going to take Tua (Tagovailoa) and only for one reason...I don’t think he (Jalen Hurts) can play better than he did last year... until I see that more than once or twice will I believe that’s who he is... Tua I think still has an upside and another level and maybe that level is just consistency and playing a full year but I would take Tua.”
Chris Broussard: I would take Hurts and like you I like them both I’m not ripping Tua but I would go with Hurts and my main reason is the health... the biggest concern for Tua is will he stay heathy. I do think that both of them can grow and I think Jalen has just as much room to grow as Tua because he’s far from a finished product as a passer and I think because of his character and work ethic... and he will work to improve as a passer.”
On the latest episode of The Odd Couple, Chris Broussard and Rob Parker discuss the upside of former Alabama teammates, Jalen Hurts and Tua Tagovailoa. Listen to the segment above!
