Despite a late comeback against the Jaguars, Derek Carr and the Saints came up short on Thursday Night Football and Ben Maller thinks this type of performance is exactly what the Saints should have expected when they signed Carr in the offseason.
Ben Maller: "The fact that nobody else really wanted Derek Carr was a dead giveaway. With the supply chain shortage of quarterbacks, there were not people knocking down the door to bring Derek Carr in because he's an open book. In pressure situations, Derek Carr is a klutz. He's an accident waiting to happen."
