Michigan Not Going Down Without a Fight

It’s getting ugly and accusations are mounting across the Big Ten. The University of Michigan has submitted evidence that they’ve also had their signals stolen in response to the recently launched investigation into their program for improper scouting. Dan discusses the nuances involved in this precarious situation and thinks the Wolverines will be digging in like their namesakes, and putting up a fight. If they decide to challenge any of this in the courts, we may not see any resolution until the season is already over.

Dan Patrick: “Michigan not going down without a fight...I think they can fine (Head Coach Jim Harbaugh) up to $10,000 and suspend him for two games. If you go for more than that, then I think Michigan is going to fight this in the courts. And by the time that it’s heard in the courts, if it even gets there, the season will be over.”
