Giant’s phenom QB Tommy DeVito has done a lot of good things to be in the headlines these last few months, but this past week DeVito’s famed Italian-American agent Sean Stellato put him in a tough situation by raising the appearance fee to a small pizza business in New Jersey. DeVito ended up going to the pizza shop for free and as a result has started to push his agent away from the lime. Jason Smith and Mike Harmon break down the entire situation and debate who was in the right!
Jason Smith: “Sean Stellato is a clown; there are sometimes agents that make headlines, but this guy from the beginning I’m going to dress like a mafia guy, and then the green suit, etc. He is taking this 15 minutes of fame that Tommy DeVito has and trying to make it about him like it his moment. NO DUDE! You are an agent and you are over stepping in a big way! In the end he is an absolute clown and he gets what he deserves here. He forgot the number one rule in this business and its making your client look good. “
Mike Harmon: “This is a alright you have back up QB that had some run and he has a guy who is strong arming mom and pop business for $10,000... From an agent perspective and business perspective he is striking while its hot, but it doesn’t matter It’s a bad look for Tommy DeVito and this is a bad look for him.”
