Reports have RB Saquon Barkley signing with the Philadelphia Eagles, and QB Kirk Cousins signing with the Atlanta Falcons and Doug reacts to the breaking news. They are each probably the most valuable players available at their respective positions, and they will each sign very reasonable contracts instead of trying to break the bank. For once, the salaries seem to be leveling off instead of climbing through the roof.
