The NFL Draft is tonight, and Dan Patrick has some inside information to share! He says an unnamed but reliable source tells him that JJ McCarthy isn’t a top 5 pick because he benefited so much from playing under Jim Harbaugh at Michigan. Playing in his system can make even mediocre quarterbacks look great which means McCarthy’s draft stock may be inflated.
