Oakland Athletics owner John Fisher released a public letter to fans this week, formally apologizing for moving the franchise out of Oakland. Jason and Mike are joined by Bay Area Sportscaster and longtime friend Larry Beil, who went viral earlier this week for a passionate rant on ABC 7 responding to the letter.
Larry Beil: "When I came into work I wasn't anticipating doing anything related to the A's, but one of the producers came over to me and [showed me Fisher's letter]... that's when I was like 'okay, it's on now.' I just thought [the letter] was so disingenuous... what a bunch of bull. This is a guy who's been in hiding, he's been a recluse!... I did the whole [rant], tore up the letter, and didn't really think anything of it until all the texts started coming in."
