Blame Lamar Jackson For The Chargers Losing to The Patriots

The Los Angeles Chargers versus New England Patriots in the NFL playoff divisional round nearly looked like a slaughter unfit for television. 

The Patriots hit the gas pedal early on in the first half only allowing one touchdown for the Chargers with a score of 35 to 7 at halftime. Adjustments were made, and while the Patriots were held to 6 points in the second half against Chargers' 21 points, the damage was more than enough to allow Tom Brady's streak of now 8-0 against Philip Rivers led teams to stay alive. Ben Maller reacts to this game thinking that certainly the Chargers looked terrible, but it also couldn't have helped that facing Lamar Jackson completely left them unprepared for this match as well.
