LeBron James is Responsible For Ruining The NBA

While Chris Broussard believes that the NBA is more popular than ever, Rob Parker thinks it's the opposite. Parker believes that the advent of the superteam to the NBA has thrown the league off balance.

While some theorize that superteams began with the joined forces of Karl Malone, Gary Payton, Shaquille O'Neal, and Kobe Bryant, that team, unfortunately, failed. You could actually trace it to the Boston Big 3. When Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, and Kevin Garnett came together, they owned the east much to the chagrin of the first iteration of LeBron James' Cleveland Cavaliers which pushed James to join up with his friend Dwyane Wade in Miami along with the best of the Toronto Raptors, Chris Bosh. They owned the east for four years capturing two titles only for LeBron James to journey back to Cleveland to create another big three of LeBron, Kevin Love, and Kyrie Irving.

Meanwhile, the westside had the Warriors growing into a championship caliber team, and despite LeBron leading the Cavs to the finals, they lost against these new young Warriors. LeBron gets revenge the following year only for the odd man out, Kevin Durant to join the Warriors and suddenly it seems as if the league has been tipped off balance ever since.

This is why Rob Parker believes that LeBron James' liberal use of player movement has ruined the NBA.
