Colin Cowherd: Colts Should Make a Run For Tom Brady This Offseason

Colin Cowherd: “Let me throw out a team and a destination that fits out for Tom Brady. THE INDIANAPOLIS COLTS. They’re not going to be able to get Trevor Lawrence or Justin Fields, they’ll be too good next year. And they won’t be able to leap ahead of teams this year in the Draft to get ahead of teams like the Panthers, Chargers, Dolphins, and Bengals. Think of what they have for Tom Brady? It reminds me of Peyton Manning going to the Broncos. They have maybe the best GM in the sport, Chris Ballard. They’ve got a really well-respected head coach who played in the league, Frank Reich. They also have a top 3 offensive line, a deep threat with TY Hilton, tight ends that Brady would love, they play indoors , and they have a crappy and winnable division full of teams that Tom has owned. Everything is lining up.” (Full Video Above)

Listen to Colin Cowherd explain why he believes Tom Brady should take his talents to Indianapolis this offseason in what could be one of the wildest free agent signing periods in the history of the quarterback position.

With names the likes of Brady, Drew Brees, Philip Rivers, Eli Manning, Teddy Bridgewater, Jameis Winston, Marcus Mariota, and Ryan Tannehill all hitting the open market, it’s possible that we could see absolute pandemonium across the league, with so many future Hall of Famers and past Pro Bowlers potentially on the move.

Colts starting quarterback Jacoby Brissett signed a two-year, $30 million deal with the team before this season, but just finished a full season in which he ranked 27th in the league in passing yards, and only threw 18 touchdowns in 15 starts.

Check out the video above as Colin details why the Indianapolis Colts would be a very intriguing option for the 42-year-old Brady who could put an exclamation point on his legendary career with one more Super Bowl run.
