Colin Cowherd: Browns' Window to win AFC Title is Already Closed

Colin Cowherd: “This was the perfect year for Cleveland to take advantage of the situation in the AFC… Andrew Luck retires, Big Ben gets hurt, the Chargers implode, New England misfires, Sam Darnold gets mono, and Patrick Mahomes gets hurt… But Baker Mayfield is too busy doing commercials and calling out the medical staff, and it was a wasted opportunity by Cleveland and Baker. I was fascinated by the Browns, but the window is closed for Cleveland.” (Full Video Above)

Listen to Colin Cowherd explain why he thinks the Cleveland Browns blew a massive opportunity to win big in the AFC this year during a season in which Andrew Luck retired, Ben Roethlisberger missed 14 games, Sam Darnold got mono, Patrick Mahomes hurt his knee, AJ Green was out the entire year, the Chargers imploded, and the Patriots dynasty was leveled.

Colin says the AFC Championship window for the Browns literally closed after one year, as at one point in 2019 people were even calling the upstart Browns a dark horse Super Bowl contender.

Check out the video above as Colin says Baker Mayfield wasted a year doing commercials and throwing the Browns medical staff under the bus, when he could have done major damage to a weakened AFC that will be much improved next season.
