Buccaneers Are Reportedly Not Interested in Acquiring Antonio Brown

Jay Glazer: “With Tom going to Tampa everyone thinks ‘Well, Bruce was at Pittsburgh and maybe he can reunite with Antonio Brown!’ – WILL NOT HAPPEN. NO. You will NOT see AB in Tampa Bay. He didn't count the receivers, it just wasn’t a good experience with Bruce and AB.” (Audio Above)

Listen to Fox Sports NFL insider Jay Glazer explain to Jason Smith and Mike Harmon why there is no chance that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers sign disgraced former All-Pro NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown this offseason.

After their unprecedented move acquiring six-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady, there was a lot of talk swirling around about a possible AB migration down south to Tampa.

Not only has AB said in the past that he wants to follow Brady wherever he goes, as the two had an unlikely close friendship during his short stint on the Patriots, but Brown also overlapped with Bucs head coach Bruce Arians for two seasons in 2010 and 2011 when Arians was the offensive coordinator for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Despite their Pittsburgh connection from Brown’s first two years in the league, Glazer said it ‘wasn’t a good experience’ between Arians and AB and says a scenario of Brown signing with Tampa ‘WILL NOT HAPPEN’.
