Colin Cowherd: Just Because Tom Brady is 42 Doesn't Mean His Arm is Shot

Colin Cowherd: “Tom Brady does not have a bad arm, like stop. HE DOESN’T. The problem with Tom Brady is that nobody would get open deep. They brought in Josh Gordon, BUH-BYE. They brought in AB, BUH-BYE. If you had given him Stefon Diggs, magically he would have had a really good deep ball arm. For the record, I would take accuracy and pre-snap brilliance over an arm every single time. People just say stuff when it comes to Brady’s arm.” (Full Video Above)

Listen to Colin Cowherd explain why he thinks that Tom Brady still has one of the best arms in the NFL, as the 42-year-old has been under the microscope closely since he signed a two-year,$50 million deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last week.

A lot of Brady detractors have questioned why the Buccaneers made so much effort to get rid of 26-year-old passing yards leader Jameis Winston, to sign a player you would assume was way past his prime.

Fox Sports Radio’s Rob Parker says that Brady’s arm is ‘shot’ and said that he’s ‘washed up.’

Check out the video above as Colin details why Brady’s arm talents were only being questioned this season because of the inferior group of wide receivers New England possessed this season, which obviously won’t be a problem in Tampa with elite specimens the likes of Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, and OJ Howard.
