Colin Cowherd: James Harden Will Still Become NBA Legend Despite Zero Rings

Listen to Colin Cowherd discuss the recent reports of a conference call between NBA commissioner Adam Silver and some of the league’s biggest stars including LeBron James, Kawhi Leonard, Kevin Durant, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Steph Curry, Damian Lillard, Russell Westbrook, Anthony Davis, and Players Association President Chris Paul.

Many fans were shocked to see that James Harden wasn’t included in the call considering Harden is clearly one of the top 5 or 10 players in the league, and a former MVP, and two-time scoring champion.

Colin says that although Harden will probably never receive the same acclaim as LeBron, Kawhi, Steph, and KD, he will still be remembered fondly 20+ years from now when the younger generation looks back on the stars of this era the same way we do with icons like Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, and Larry Bird.

Check out the audio above as Colin details why he thinks Harden will still become an NBA legend despite his career possibly concluding with zero titles.

Harden is 30 years old and has just one Finals appearance in 9 full seasons, when his Oklahoma City Thunder lost to the ‘Big 3’ Miami Heat in 2012 alongside Westbrook, and Durant.
