Colin Cowherd Says the Bills, NOT Chiefs, Are the Best Team in the NFL

Colin Cowherd: “This morning Buffalo is absolutely the best team in the NFL. They’re a Hail Mary away from winning their last 7 games. They’re the ONLY team in the NFL with 20 or more first downs in every game. They’ve allowed fewer than 25 points in three straight games, and their defense leads the NFL by a mile in fourth-quarter takeaways. So they’re playing great situational football. Since Week 9 they score more than the Chiefs, their touchdown-to-interception ratio is better, their point differential is better, their turnover differential is better, and they’ve got fewer penalties in the last three weeks… I know, I know, Andy Reid is probably throwing pencils and stuff, but everyone will overreact to the Kansas City/Buffalo thing. In the last three weeks, Buffalo has won by 10, 10, and 11. Kansas City has won by 3, 6, and 6. That’s superficial so let’s dig deeper. Defensively the last three weeks Buffalo is allowing 330 yards a game, and Kansas City is allowing over 370. Let’s go to the ‘details’, and penalties. In the last three weeks, Buffalo has 20 penalties, and Kansas City has 23. In the last three weeks, Kansas City has one red zone touchdown, and Buffalo has six. That’s why Buffalo is number one. You’re going to get to the playoffs, Mahomes is going to get you down the field, but you’re not going to get all these free Tyreek Hill touchdowns over the top. You’re playing the best defenses, and the best coordinators. You’re going to go down and get a first and goal from the nine. Kansas City is settling for field goals over the last three games, and Buffalo is scoring touchdowns. Today they’re a better team than Kansas City.” (Full Video Above)

Listen to Colin Cowherd explain why he has the Buffalo Bills ranked number one in his Week 14 ‘Herd Hierarchy’ rankings above the Kansas City Chiefs, despite the Chiefs being two games ahead of the Bills in the standings, and also holding a Week 6 victory against the Bills in Buffalo.
