Colin Cowherd Ranks the NFL's Top 10 Teams After Week 5

Watch Colin Cowherd release his Week 5 NFL ‘Herd Hierarchy’, with Colin counting down his rankings of the top 10 teams heading into Week 6.

10. Cincinnati Bengals (2-3, Last Week: Unranked): “I don't care what their record is, they were 2-3 last year and won 10 of the final 11 games. Why? Because Joe Burrow got healthy. This team the last four years has struggled in September but they're BACK. You don't wanna face Cincinnati."
9. Los Angeles Chargers (2-2, Last Week: Unranked): “I don't love the coach, but between Herbert and their weapons-- they're one of two teams to score 24+ points in every game. They had the Dolphins beat. They give up too many big plays that's why I have them at nine."
8. Detroit Lions (4-1, Last Week: 9): “They're 12-3 over their last 15 games. Jared Goff, someone who I have defended for years, leads the NFL in big pass plays with 23 (throws of 20+ yards)."
7. Seattle Seahawks (3-1, Last Week: 8): "Seattle beat the Lions and runs the ball more effectively. Seattle only has one giveaway on the NFL season, and their offense averages 29 a game. They have a scary two-man rushing attack, and Geno-- whether or not he ever hoists a trophy -- is completing 68% of his throws."
6. Buffalo Bills (3-2, Last Week: 2): “I think they're out of the Super Bowl hunt with Milano and Tre'Davious White out. They are NOT the same defense with those two players out. They're going to win a lot of games, but at the Trade Deadline can they go out and make a move for a top linebacker or corner?"
5. Jacksonville Jaguars (3-2, Last Week: Unranked): “The Jaguars beat the Bills on a neutral field. They're offense is top 10 and would be higher if not for all the drops in the first three weeks. Their defense has 11 takeaways, the second-most in the NFL. I think Jacksonville is going to start racing and peeling off W's."
4. Miami Dolphins (4-1, Last Week: 4): "They have the no. 1 offense, the three fastest players, three games with over 500 yards-- the rest of the NFL has zero combined. I do worry about their defense, but I do think it will get better when Jalen Ramsey returns."
3. Philadelphia Eagles (5-0, Last Week: 5): "Four-straight games with 400+ yards. I still think they're trying to find an identity. Jalen Hurts has four picks the last four games and is not quite right. I love him, a franchise guy, but it still feels like they're trying to find their identity."
2. Kansas City Chiefs (4-1, Last Week: 3): "They're 4-0 since Chris Jones and Travis Kelce returned. It's the best third-down offense in the sport, and I think it's the most talented defense in terms of speed and expense. It's inexpensive, fast, and REALLY good."
1. San Francisco 49ers (5-0, Last Week: 1): "San Francisco just looks different than everybody in football. They lead the NFL in turnover-differential. They don't beat you, they punish you. They don't beat you, they humiliate you, and they've got a chip on their shoulder from last year. I think they thought they were better than Philadelphia but Brock Purdy got hurt."

Dropped from rankings: Cowboys (#6), Ravens (#7), Rams (#10).
