Eagles at Buccaneers (SPREAD: PHI -1.5) [Sunday 1:00 pm ET on FOX]

“I'm taking the Eagles, baby, -1.5. You all complain but they have the number two offense in the league and just went to New Orleans, the loudest place in the league, and beat the Saints. Jalen Hurts had 311 yards of offense. The offense isn't the problem, they're turning it over too much. Saquon Barkley leads the NFL in touches, rushing yards, and touchdowns. And by the way, the Eagles have a defense too. Meanwhile, Tampa, their offense in the last two games is a disaster on third down, and they're averaging 13 points per game. Tampa has 17 players on the injury list. If weather is an issue it helps Philly. The Eagles offense is HUMMING. Chris Godwin is hurt, Mike Evans is hurt, Tristan Wirfs now hurt... They're terrible on third-down. Baker is good but he's not great, and he can't afford to be missing people. I like the Eagles to win it 30-24, swallow the points."

Colin's prediction: Eagles 30, Bucs 24.

Colin's pick: Philadelphia -1.5

Rams at Bears (SPREAD: CHI -3) [Sunday, 1:00 pm ET on FOX]

“Everybody likes the Bears but I'll take the Rams, and here's why... Chicago is just not well-coached offensively. The o-line and running back room has regressed badly. They have the same players as last year. They were ascending players but now they've gone backwards. The Bears have the 31st ranked rushing offense. Literally last week you're getting all the carries and none of the yards. The Bears offense is virtually awful at everything and we thought the o-line was getting better, and we thought the run game would have some potency. This is a coaching and quarterback mismatch. The Bears also have 13 players on the injury list as the Rams o-line is getting healthier. I'm going to take the Rams +3 points to win, 24-20 outright."

Colin's prediction: Rams 24, Bears 20.

Colin's pick: Los Angeles +3

Commanders at Cardinals (SPREAD: ARI -3.5) [Sunday, 4:05 pm ET on FOX]

“I really like this one. I'm going to take Arizona and swallow the 3.5 points at home. The Cardinals have the best point-differential in the NFL for a losing team. Their losses are to the Bills and Lions -- Super Bowl level teams. Kyler Murray this season is completing almost 69% of his throws. He's got a star receiver, he's got a star back, and he's getting decent protection. Washington -- it's called regression to the mean. Jayden Daniels is completing 80% of this throws; that's coming down. Washington is the only team without a turnover this season; they're going to have one. This is the time to sell on Washington, at least for a little bit. They're not going to play perfect offensive football and never punt or turn the ball over again. Also, Austin Ekeler is banged up so Jayden may not have his star running back. The Commanders defense is arguably the worst in the league. It is ATROCIOUS. Arizona is gonna EAT. Swallow the points, I don't even think it will feel this close, 33-24. The Washington offense will look like everybody else's -- they'll turn it over, throw incompletions, and punt.

Colin's prediction: Cardinals 33, Commanders 24.

Colin's pick: Arizona -3.5

Bills at Ravens (SPREAD: BAL -2.5) [Sunday, 8:20 pm ET on NBC]

“The wiseguys like the Ravens and I like the Ravens. First of all, Buffalo is on fire, and we do this every year... 'OH, MY GOD, WE LOVE BUFFALO!'... I love Buffalo, but it's a short week and this is a very big week for Baltimore. They were a toe length from beating Kansas City and then hammered Dallas. They're the only team with two top 10 players in rushing -- Lamar and Derrick Henry. They're number one in the league in total offense. They're fine but they have a new defensive coordinator and they're trying to figure that out. But their offense is fantastic. Multiple injuries at linebacker and corner for Buffalo, and the Ravens aren't like the Bills' early opponents; they're going to run the football and aren't perimeter-based. It's at Baltimore, it's a short week for Buffalo, wise guys like Baltimore and so do I... 28-24, Ravens win and cover."

Colin's prediction: Ravens 28, Bills 24.

Colin's pick: Baltimore -2.5

Seahawks at Lions (SPREAD: DET -3.5) [Monday, 8:15 pm ET on ABC]

“Lions are missing their All-Pro center, I'm going to take the points here. Underdogs have done very well this year. I'm going to take Geno Smith and the number one PFF graded defense, +3.5. Detroit is good but they haven't been great this year. Here's the thing with the Seahawks... Geno completes passes and they can run the football, so they're going to play some keep-away. We know Detroit has the best offensive line but did you know Jared Goff right now has more picks than touchdowns? The Lions are just off and this Seahawks defense is sensational. I think it's a go-down-to-the-end game. Because it's in Detroit I probably think the Lions win, but I'll take the hook, I'll take Seattle, I'll take +3.5. This defense against an offense missing their great center and that is not clicking. It's just not quite right. I'm going to take the points. Lions 24-23."

Colin's prediction: Lions 24, Seahawks 23.

Colin's pick: Seattle +3.5
