Colin Cowherd: Anthony Davis Doesn't Have Enough 'Dog' to Win in Playoffs

Colin Cowherd: “I know AD is talented, but my question is what is going to happen in the fourth quarter against the Clippers? Four times I saw what happened – 10 total points in four separate fourth quarters against the Clippers… This league is dominated by guys with the ball. AD is chill, AD is talented, but he’s got no dog, and he’s not going to develop that. That’s what wins in the playoffs and what matters with four minutes left… I don’t see that quality that Kobe had, I don’t see that quality that LeBron had had – the leadership, the closing, the intensity. I don’t see it. What I see is a remarkably gifted basketball player.”

Listen to Colin Cowherd explain why he doesn’t think Anthony Davis has enough ‘dog’ in him to perform in the playoffs, as Colin doesn’t think Davis has enough killer instinct as LeBron James’ no. 2 to push the Lakers to a championship.

Check out the video above as Colin details why he doesn’t think Davis will ever be the type of closer who can carry teams to titles.
