Foo Fighters main man Dave Grohl says he treasures his Them Crooked Vultures super-duper group.

Them Crooked Vultures featured Grohl on drums beside Led Zeppelin bassist John Paul Jones and Queens of the Stone Age guitarist/singer Josh Homme.

The collaboration released an album in 2009 and toured in support of it before the three disbanded.

Grohl tells Zane Lowe on a recent episode of Lowe's Beats 1 show that he thinks about working with the band again from time to time.

“We do talk about it," he says. "Every once in a while, you’ll be up at night drinking a bottle of wine by yourself, and you’ll watch some Crooked Vultures live thing on YouTube and go, ‘We were so good!’ and then we’ll text each other saying, ‘Miss you man!’”
