The Cavaliers Lowballed Chauncey Billups

There is a reason Chauncey Billups didn't become the next GM of the Cleveland Cavaliers, and it has everything to do with the number on the offered check he was offered by the team.

Reports are coming out that the Cavaliers offered Billups less than the amount usually offered for the position he would be taking. The actual number was close to $2 Million for an experienced NBA Veteran like Billups, which seems like a lot until you realize that Pelinka just got $5 Million and Phil Jackson made much more than that to ru(i)n the Knicks.
