Richard Sherman had a 1 on 1 interview last night at the ESPY Awards, and he took the moment to discuss the idea of guaranteed contracts in the NFL, and how they should be structured similarly to the NBA and what those guys are making.
Doug Gottlieb thinks that is ridiculous.
Different leagues with different contract structures, sponsorship deals, and marketing strategies. Different CBA agreements. Different player's unions. Not to mention the fact that a strike or lockout would be the worst thing for players to do.
