Joe Flacco was placed on the PUP list at Ravens training camp yesterday and enters the season injured and incapable of leading the first unit. This leaves Baltimore in an interesting predicament, with training camp already being too short as is, to get a quarterback ready to start their preseason schedule.
That is, until this little piece of news hit the world of social media via Ian Rapaport today:
Kaepernick is an obvious favorite of the Harbaugh's, who like this multi-dimensional ability and character as a man. This makes way too much sense to not happen.
If Kaep made his way to Baltimore, to play in near the Nation's capital, he would be doing so under the assumption that he would not be the starting QB with the money that Flacco makes. That could be a hold-up, as he has proclaimed many times that he is not a backup quarterback in this league.
More to come as information becomes available.
