Art Briles Gets Coaching Gig in CFL

Big news out of Canada today if you are a football fan or just feel like getting outraged on a Monday morning, as Art Briles has a job again.

June Jones, Head Coach of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, announced Monday that Art Briles has been added to the coaching staff as the team’s Assistant Head Coach Offence.

Briles, 61, has over 35 years experience as a football coach, including serving as head coach of two-NCAA Division 1-A teams at Baylor University (2008-15) and the University of Houston (2003-07) where he accumulated a combined 99-65 record (.604%).

Yes, that Art Briles from Baylor already has a professional coaching gig.

Briles infamously... well you know the Baylor story by now... and just a few months later he has a job coaching again. Did the Hamilton Tiger-Cats not think that news traveled south of the border? This is a weird move.
