The Los Angeles Lakers have been fined $500k for their involvement in what the Pacers believed to be illegal tampering in the Paul George situation.
To lay it out there, Paul George and Magic Johnson were said to have had an understanding that PG13 would be joining LA following next season, and Magic acknowledged this as something that could be true, which sent the Pacers into a spiral to try and offload him without remaining leverage.
