Last week, University of Houston basketball coach Kelvin Sampson issued a twitter challenge to college coaches across the country to donate t-shirts and shoes to help clothe displaced and needy people around Houston in the wake of Hurricane Harvey.
The show of support from the college basketball community was overwhelming. By the end of the week, the University of Houston had reached their capacity to effectively distribute those donations.
Coach Sampson joined Dan Beyer and Aaron Torres on Saturday to discuss the relief efforts, and express his gratitude for all the support.
