If the Rams lit up the 49ers to the tune of 41 points yesterday, and if the Seahawks struggled to beat the 49ers and only put up a 12-spot in their matchup... one could assume that means the Rams offense is better than the Seahawks, and they would win in a head-to-head matchup.
That does not apply in football.
