When Jim Harbaugh was hired in 2015, he arrived in Ann Arbor with great fanfare was immediately anointed as the savior of Michigan football. Unfortunately for the Maize and Blue, the on-field production hasn't matched the off-field hype.
Clay Travis says Jim Harbaugh is easily the most overrated coach in college football, and he's got the stats to prove it. After another disappointing loss to Michigan State on Saturday night, Harbaugh is now 5-4 in his last nine games with the Wolverines, and is just 1-4 against Michigan's top rivals (Michigan State and Ohio State). In fact, Michigan has never finished better than third in the Big Ten East under Harbaugh.
Does that sound like a resume worthy of $9 million per season? Didn't think so.
