This news is breaking from Clarence Hill Jr, and states that Ezekiel Elliott is back to square one on playing through his suspension as the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has decided he should be on the sideline.

Ezekiel must now start this process over again in the state of New York right in the wheelhouse of Roger Goodell, as Tom Brady did, if he hopes to continue playing.
