The Packers Have Ruined Aaron Rodgers

Aaron Rodgers GETTY

With Aaron Rodgers suffering a potential season-ending injury, Colin says the Packers are ultimately to blame.  Rodgers was hit by Viking Linebacker, Anthony Barr as he was scrambling to out of the pocket. The hit was completely legal, but it ended with Rodgers landing on his right side, breaking his collar bone.  Now, the Packers are left with no real timetable of his return, and the quarterback mantle is left occupied for either Brett Hundley or Joe Callahan.

Though the play has spurned some debate about whether or not those sorts of hits should be allowed, Colin wants us to remember that the Packers put themselves in this position.  He believes they skated on the greatness of Aaron Rodgers, never providing him with productive running backs, elite defenses, or full-proof offensive lines forcing Rodgers to do more than he necessarily has to.  You can listen to his full reasoning below.
