Cranky Yankee makes an appearance as JT’s beloved Yankees make a shocking move and will not renew Joe Girardi's contract. The Yankees are an incredibly talented and young team, and breaking up consistency in management could become detrimental to the team. If they made the move clear plan on who would replace Girardi as manager, the move would have made much more sense. The way it stands right now, it's a pure head scratcher.
