History Is Not In The Dodgers Favor

As we’ve seen throughout the history of the World Series, when a team beats a dominant closer they eventually win the series. The Astros took the momentum in Game 2 when they came back in the game after scoring two runs off of Dodgers closer Kenley Jansen, and they haven’t looked back since. With a series lead of 2-1, and the next two games at Minute Maid Park, the Houston Astros are in the driver’s seat to become the champions of baseball for the first time in team history.
