After his masterful performance in Game 1 of the World Series, most of us thought Dodgers ace Clayton Kershaw had finally exercised his postseason demons.
We. Were. Wrong.
Despite being spotted 4 early runs in Game 5, Kershaw gave up 6 earned runs in only 4 2/3 innings of work. The Dodgers were never able to fully recover and ended up losing a wild one 13-12 in extra innings. Ben Maller says Kershaw's performance was disgraceful, and he deserves the largest share of the Dodgers Game 5 blame pie.
