“I love to watch this guy play, I love entertaining football players who play with passion and anybody out there who’s upset about him grabbing his groin needs to get a damn life.”

Clay Travis thinks the PC mafia who swarms over any incident with a trace of controversy needs to back off Heisman front-runner Baker Mayfield after he was criticized for being caught on camera making obscene gestures towards the Kansas sidelines in the Sooners blowout victory over the Big 12 doormats.

Travis says an emotional Mayfield, who was snubbed by the Kansas captains who refused to shake his hand at midfield during the coin toss, and also who was the unlucky recipient of a brutal late hit in the first half, was simply playing with the same type of fire any elite competitor displays in the face of adversity.
