Steve and Jeffrey discuss the firestorm that came about in Knoxville, Tennessee regarding the hiring and then un-hiring of Ohio State defensive coordinator Greg Schiano. The guys believe that the combination of Schiano's overall record and the baggage allegedly associated with the coach in the Jerry Sandusky case is what caused fans to revolt as they were looking for more of a splash hire.
Steve also believes that with all the turmoil that has been going on within the program, many high profile coaches will shy away from taking the job in order to avoid the dysfunction. Ultimately, both guys think if it wasn't for social media, Greg Schiano would be the new head coach of the Tennessee Volunteers.
