It is well known that what has kept the Seattle Seahawks in the Super Bowl conversation throughout the years is their defense. Led by perennial Pro-Bowler's Richard Sherman and Earl Thomas, the "Legion of Boom" has fallen on rough times of late. On Sunday, the 'Hawks suffered their worst loss in 8 years going down 42-7 at home to the Rams.
Steve and Jeffrey Gorman expect to see plenty of new faces in Seattle next year due massive contracts owed to key player's and dissent growing within the organization. Pete Carroll's Seahawks have had a tremendous run over years, but as all great things must come to an end, Seattle may find themselves looking up from the bottom of the NFC West this time next year.
